This is an application for stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant. For the reasons stated in the application the execution and operation of the impugned award is stayed on the condition that the applicant/appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation together with interest, in this Court, within a period of eight weeks.
