Learned counsel Mr. Ravi Gite h/f Mr. A. V. Rakh submits that the counsel representing the applicants in the main application was out of station and further, due to oversight he could not notice the matter on board. Further, one of the applicants by name Dilip also died during pendency of the application. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that appropriate order may be passed. 2.

By order dated 15.11.2021, this Court has dismissed the criminal application No. 2403 of 2020 by marking the absence of counsel for the applicants. However, for the reasons stated in criminal application no. 2844 of 2021, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to payment of costs of Rs.500./- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.
