The learned Advocate for the Petitioner, submits on instructions that, the Petitioner prays only for a direction to the Respondent/ Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, to decide his pending representation and this Petition can be disposed off. He is praying for a posting in the local areas in the region, which is demarcated as the PESA area, as he is a local tribal.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that, the pending representation would be decided expeditiously by the Zilla Parishad.

In view of the above statements, this Petition is disposed off.

We expect that, the Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, will decide the pending representation of these Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within 45 days, in the light of the Government Resolutions dated 05/03/2015 and 23/07/2018, by taking into account the laws / policies applicable and the vacancies available.
