Present applications have been filed by the original claimants for getting the delay of 547 days condoned in filing first appeals. They all intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court.

Learned Advocate Mr. V.M. Humbe holding for Mr. B.R. Surwase for acquiring body and learned AGP strongly objects to the applications on the ground that the applicants have not shown just and reasonable ground to condone the delay.

Taking into consideration the fact that the applicants are the agriculturist, whose land has been acquired and since they are coming from rural area, liberal approach is taken, delay stands condoned. 4.
Civil Applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly. 5.
It is clarified that the applicants are not entitled to get interest for the period of 547 days, in case of success to their appeals. 6.
