We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned AGP.

Several disputed issues have been raised in this Petition. Four private individuals are the Petitioners, who seek action against Respondent No.3, which is a private industry. Without going into the locus of these Petitioners as well as whether this Petition could be entertained considering Article 12, this Petition is disposed off by requesting the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation at Aurangabad to khs/Oct.2023/12502

- 2 - consider the representation of these Petitioners, dated 21.02.2022 and 05.09.2023, by following the due procedure laid down in Law. The response of the Corporation may be conveyed to the Petitioner within a period of 60 days.
