Mr. Syed makes a statement that the petitioners wish to withdraw the present civil revision application, however, as the issue was decided by the learned trial Court before filing the pleadings and on the basis of the statement made in the plaint only, liberty to plead the material regarding the same issue alongwith other issues in the written statement may be granted and the issues be framed on the basis of the pleadings by the learned trial Court and may be decided at the time of final disposal of the Suit.

Considering the pleas, the following order:- 4.

Civil Revision Application is hereby allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of without any order as to costs. Liberty, as prayed for hereinabove, is hereby granted.
