The delay of 1682 days is sought to be condoned for the reasons stated in the application.

Learned counsel Mr.Mote for the acquiring body opposes the application and learned AGP oppose the application. Applicant is ready to give up interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. There are lapses because application was filed on 08.10.2024 and the first order was secured on 17.04.2025. Applicant shall not get anything for the period of lapses.
