The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the work of acquisition is not being undertaken with expected zeal and they have not been paid compensation.

The learned advocate Mrs. Sudha S. Kulthe for respondent nos.1, 3 and 4, on oral instructions, makes a statement that the award would be passed within six weeks. She also makes a statement that the petitioners may approach respondent no.3 and put up their grievance.
