JANUARY 03, 2025 ORDER :- This is an application for restoration of the Contempt Petition, which was dismissed for non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, by order dated 26.07.2024. Learned counsel submits that due to inadvertence he has not mentioned the reason for his non-appearance in the application. He submits that his brother-inlaw had expired and therefore, he could not attend the contempt petition when it was listed before the court. 2.
