The present petitioners are seeking directions from this Court that the respondent no.3 should decide the representation dated 22.09.2025 and individual representation made by the petitioners in respect of return of the tuition fees paid by the petitioners to the respondent no.3-College. The petitioners' claim is that they were entitled for the exemption of the entire tuition fees in view of the Government resolution. Learned Advocate for the petitioners relies on the decision of this Court dated 04.07.2025 in Writ Petition No.7975 of 2025 and 7977 of 2025, wherein the respondent no.3 was directed to take the decision within a period of six weeks.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for all the respondents and submits that in view of the earlier decisions of this Court, the representation would be decided within six weeks. 3.
In view of above following order:
ORDER
i.
Writ Petition is allowed to the extent of representation.
ii.
The representation made on behalf of the petitioners in Writ Petition No.12001 of 2025 on 22.09.2025 shall be considered by the respondent no.3 on its merits, and in accordance with law as well as the scheme prevailing.
iii.
The decision shall be taken within six (6) weeks from today.
iv.
