Heard Mr. Gastgar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Rudrawar, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 4 and submits that, the petitioner is appointed as Head Master. His proposal is also forwarded to the Education Officer and Education Officer has also approved the proposal forwarded by the respondent No. 4 appointing the petitioner as Head Master.

In the light of that, the major prayer of the petitioner stands satisfied.

According to Mr. Gastgar, the learned counsel, the petitioner is not being given charge. The same is disputed by the respondent No. 4.
