The petitioner is challenging the order of termination. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed from VJ-A category. His caste claim is invalidated. The petitioner would challenge the invalidation of his caste claim. 3.

In the light of that, the petitioner can seek further consequential prayer, such as reinstatement, in the petition challenging invalidation of caste claim.
