These civil applications are filed for condonation of delay of 357 days caused in filing the first appeal.

For the reasons stated in the applications, delay stands condoned. Applications are allowed. Office to register first appeals. 4.

With this, civil applications stand disposed off. WITHDRAWAL 5.

Heard the learned Advocate for the parties.

This application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent-acquiring body in the office of this Court alongwith accrued interest.

The learned Advocate for the applicant relies upon the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No.5928/2025 in

( 3 ) FAST/35912/2023 passed in the proceeding arising out of the same acquisition proceedings.

8.

The learned Advocate Mr. Talhar for appearing for respondent accepts the position.

9.

Considering above, following order:

ORDER

(i) Application stands allowed.

(ii) The applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited in the office of this Court alongwith accrued interest by giving usual undertaking.

(iii) With this, civil application stands disposed off. STAY APPLICATIONS 10.

Since the appellants have already deposited the entire amount in the office of this Court, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award till final disposal of the first appeals.

With this, civil applications stand disposed off.
