The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the application filed by the petitioner for transferring the licence in his name is pending with the authorities.

In the light of that, the authorities shall decide the application of the petitioner dated 15.12.2018 filed for transferring the licence in his name after the death of his father, on its own merits and in accordance with law preferably within three months.

Till the application is decided, the Fair Price Shop run by father of the petitioner may not be allotted to other party.

Depending upon the order that would be
