Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents, so also the learned A.G.P.

The application filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate is rejected. 3.

The petitioner has remedy of appeal before the committee.

4.

The petitioner shall file appeal before the committee within a period of 10 days from today. If the appeal is filed within a period of

(2) 45-wp-11382-2018 10 days, the said shall be treated within limitation. The committee shall decide the appeal within a period of three (03) months. The respondent no.4 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground of pendency of the appeal before the committee. The respondent no.4 can take further course of action depending upon the decision of the committee. 5.

If the petitioner fails to file appeal within a period of 10 days from today before the committee, the protection granted by this Court shall come to an end.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
