I have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP. I have perused the record. I have considered the order passed by this Court on 06/03/2019 in WP No.3269/2019. 2.

Prima-facie it appears that the Hon'ble State Minister for Urban Development Department has not complied with the directions of this Court set out in the order dated 06/03/2019. However, without prejudice to the other remedies available to the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to record the statement of the learned AGP that a hearing would be conducted on 14/11/2019 at 3.00 p.m. at Mantralaya and appropriate notices would be issued to respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 6 in khs/Oct. 2019/12788

- 2 - this petition. The petitioner can suo-moto appear as per the said schedule. Further statement that the Hon'ble Minister would decide the pending proceedings between the parties and shall deliver an order at 3.00 p.m. on 29/11/2019, is also recorded. 3.
