This application is filed for condonation of delay 270 days for filing Civil Revision Application for challenging the order below Exh.19 dated 21.09.2022 in M.C.A. No. 62 of 2021. 3.

Though the application is strongly opposed by respondent No.1 but considering the statutory right of the applicants, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause - B subject to cost Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundreds only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks.
