Heard the learned respective counsels.

The First Appeal is yet to be admitted. However, the respondents have filed an application for withdrawal of compensation amount. The compensation amount is not deposited in the Court. The learned counsel for both sides states that the parties have arrived at settlement. They have submitted their settlement terms before the Executing Court. However,

The learned counsel for the appellants states that now the matter is settled and settlement terms have already been placed before the executing Court. It is only to be enforced and nothing remain in the appeal. Hence, appeal be disposed of. 4.

In view of the statement, the appeal stands disposed of as parties have settled the dispute amicably the settlement terms before the executing Court. Since the appeal has been disposed of the order granting interim stay does not survive.
