The learned Advocates jointly submit, on instructions, that the litigating sides have settled the dispute amongst themselves and a compromise purshis would be filed before the Trial Court for disposing of RCS No.233/2011.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

This Court had directed the Petitioner to deposit Rs.10,000/- in this Court for considering his request for carrying out an amendment in the plaint. Now, the parties have settled the dispute and the suit would be
