We have heard Mr. Bhadekar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, who states that, succession proceedings are filed with the respondent No. 3 under the provisions of the Atiyat Enquiries Act, however, same are not yet decided.

Mr. Basarkar, the learned A. G. P. states that, the Tahsildar is present in the Court and submits that, the said proceedings would be decided within a period of three (3) months from today. In view of the said statement made, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.
