DATE: 22nd February, 2019 PER COURT:- It is brought to my notice that in the connected matters this Court has directed the claimants therein to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% of the deposited amount on submitting solvent surety/security in the like amount to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Similar order is sought in the present matter. Hence, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

{2} CA 2999 OF 2019 II) The applicant is further permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety/security in the like amount to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

III) Balance 25% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

IV) The Civil Application stands disposed of.
