DATE :
DECEMBER 07, 2023 ORDER :- Learned Addl. Government Pleader files an affidavit of the concerned respondent and states the order to have been complied with. According to him, notional increment has been granted to those petitioners, who were eligible. One of the petitioners in Contempt Petition No.827 of 2023, made false representation. He was, in fact,
20-cp.827 and 823.2023 retired in the month of May and not in June. Therefore, he has not been granted said relief.
2.
In view of the statement made by learned Addl. Government Pleader, we dispose of both the Contempt Petitions. However, the petitions would be taken on board, if learned counsel for the petitioners comes complaining the orders to have not been complied with in toto.
