DATE: 26th October, 2018 PER COURT:- Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation. Balance 50% of the deposited amount be invested in any Nationalized Bank till disposal of the appeal.

{2} 921 CA 13297 of 2018 II) Civil Application No.13297 of 2018 stands disposed of.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that in the award, name of one of the claimants is missing. The applicants shall file an appropriate application in that regard before the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and the Commissioner shall decide the said application in accordance with law and effect the necessary amendment in the award.
