The learned Advocate causes an appearance on behalf of the LR's of the deceased respondent No.2 Narayan. He prays that the applications be allowed.

In view of the above, Civil Application Nos.2974/2020 and 2978/2020 are allowed. The applicants shall bring the LR's of deceased respondent No.2 on record.

Both the learned Advocates for the respective parties submit that the matters have been settled between them. Both the respondents, namely Gayabai and deceased Narayan had agreed in CA No.14110/2016 for such settlement. Now that Narayan has passed away and the LR's have been brought on record, CA Stamp No.9586/2020 is filed by the LR's to confirm the terms of the compromise. The respective clients are present in the Court and the learned Advocates have identified them.

Considering the above, both these civil applications are allowed and the WRIT PETITION NO.4732/2002 WITH 4063/2002 STAND DISPOSED OFF in terms of the compromise set out in CA No.14110/2016. Rule is discharged.
