We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The learned A. G. P. for respondents on instructions states that, the enquiry officer has concluded the disciplinary enquiry and submitted his report to the disciplinary authority and the disciplinary authority would take decision.

The present writ petition is filed against the order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal rejecting the application

2 wp 254.18 for condonation of delay in filing original application challenging the order of suspension.

As the Departmental Enquiry is at the final stage and only decision is to be taken by the disciplinary authority, no further orders are required.
