Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Perused the pleadings in the petition and prayers therein. In our opinion, keeping in view the status of the petitioner and prayers in the petition, the said prayers deserve no consideration. However, we find considerable force in the argument of the counsel appearing for the petitioner that the establishment in which the petitioner members are serving, license of said establishment is not renewed from the year 2006. In that view of the matter we grant liberty to the petitioners to approach respondent Nos.3 and 4 for redressal of aforesaid grievance. In case they file such representation/application, respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall

( 2 ) wp331.18 consider the same expeditiously, keeping in view relevant procedure and on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, however within three months from filing the representation.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands partly allowed and accordingly same stands disposed of.
