It would be open for the petitioners to avail of the remedies available in law. Since the order dated 29th April, 2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1925/2016 has been complied with, no interference is warranted. In the circumstances, the Contempt Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail of the remedies available in law, either of tendering of an application to the Land Acquisition Officer, if the petitioners are of the view that the mistake relates to arithmetical calculations or they may tender an appeal as provided under the National Highway Act, 1956.
