In the circumstances, the Contempt Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail of the remedies available in law, either of tendering of an application to the Land Acquisition Officer, if the petitioners are of the view that the mistake relates to arithmetical calculations or they may tender an appeal as provided under the National Highway Act, 1956.
