According to Mr Kale, learned Counsel for the petitioner, the grievance raised in the petition is that the land of the petitioner from Gut No.110 to the extent of 0.85 hectare is affected under the acquisition, but the same is not made part of the award. Even, the joint measurement is conducted. The authorities are also satisfied, but the award is not being passed in respect of the said land. 2.
Mr Manorkar, learned Counsel for respondent no.2 submits that the respondents are ready to get the said land by negotiations. Mr Kale submits that the petitioners are not ready for negotiation. 3.
In light of that, the respondents may initiate acquisition proceedings in respect of 0.85 hectare land from Gut No.110 and in respect of 10-R land from Gut No.109 part, expeditiously. The same shall be commenced within three months from today and should be concluded as stipulated under the Act.
