This application is filed by original claimant for condonation of delay of 886 days in filing appeal. Learned counsel for respondents are absent.

The applicant has assigned reason for delay i.e. his inability to walk due to permanent disability sustained in the motor vehicular accident.

For the reasons stated in the application, I hold that delay of 886 days needs to be condoned to give fair opportunity to the applicant.

Therefore, Civil Application is allowed and delay of 886 days is condoned.
