Applicant seeks to condone the delay of 181 days caused in filing the appeal against award passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chh. Sambhaji Nagar in MACP No.442 of 2020. 3.

Perusal of reasons mentioned in the application shows that delay has been occurred due to administrative reasons and it is

Tauseef 31-CA.11218.2024.odt unintentional. As such, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence, application is allowed. Consequently, delay of 181 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered, subject to removal of office objections.
