ORDER :

The petition is filed for getting some benefits in respect of an employee, who died in the year 2005. The petitioner was filed by sister of the said employee.

Attention of this Court was drawn to the legal battle which the deceased was fighting. One proceeding was filed before School Tribunal and one petition was also filed. It appears that amount of Rs.1,00,000/- was deposited by the institution and it is withdrawn by that lady.

WP No. 76/12 Direction was given to see that she gets regular pay in future. However, there was no approval to the appointment of other respondent.

In view of the delay caused in coming to this Court, latches and that lady died, the petition is dismissed.
