Mr. Yeramwar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed complaint with the Grievance Cell, and has also deposited fees of Rs. 5,000/-. However, decision is not yet taken. It appears that, it is only on 22nd June, 2019, the petitioners have filed complaint.

There is nothing on record to show that the complaint of the petitioners is rejected. It is also not the case of the petitioners that the work order has been issued to respondent No. 4. In absence thereof, no effective orders can be passed in the present matter. The

2 963-WP-12357-2019 petitioners may prosecute their complaint with the Grievance Committee of respondent No. 2.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. All contents kept open.
