The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Adiwasi Sanghatana has given the proposal to respondent No.4 for grant of leave encashment benefit. The same is filed on behalf of 45 employees, as per list at Exh.'B'. The said proposal is given but it is not yet decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents. 3.

The petitioner shall give the details of each and every member on behalf of whom the leave encashment benefit is claimed, as without the details, it would not be possible for respondent No.4 to decide the claim. The petitioner may place on record all the documents. The Project Officer shall verify the documents placed on record and other documents available with it and thereafter shall take decision with regard to entitlement of the benefits of leave encashment of members of petitioner-Association as detailed at Exh.'B' (pages 16 to 20) on its own

2 WP 13594/21 merits, in accordance with law, preferably within nine months. The petitioner shall also co-operate in giving all the details. Writ Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
