Heard learned advocate Mr Shrikant Sali h/f Mr. Ghanekar, for the applicants. He submits that on 27.9.2024, there was no compliance of the order passed by this Court on 5.8.2024 and 30.8.2024. But, now he undertakes to remove office objections before 25.10.2024.

In view of the said statement, the application stands allowed and disposed off. Criminal application no.2702 of 2024 stands restored to its original stage. However, once again, we say that, if the applicants failed to remove office objections on or before 25.10.2024, the order passed by this Court on 27.9.2024 will revive. If office objections are removed, place the matter for further consideration on 29.11.2024.
