As the applicant has paid fine amount, he was admitted to the bail by learned Sessions Court.

The substantive sentence is suspended. The applicant be released on bail on -same terms and conditions as were imposed by the Sessions Court.

The applicant shall attend the trial Court once in every six months. Two consecutive absence on the part of the applicant shall entail the prosecution to move for cancellation of bail. 5.
