It is decided that the Hindu Marriage Petition No.118 of 2024 pending before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Shrigonda, to be converted under Section 13(b) of Hindu Marriage Act. 5.

The applicant to pay one time maintenance/permanent alimony Rs.12,00,000/-to Respondent No.2-wife. Out of the said amount, 6,00,000/- is already transferred in her account on 20.09.2024 by Narwade/

222-appln-4241-2024.odt RTGS. Remaining amount of Rs.6,00,000/- is also transferred on 05.12.2025. The said mediation report and compromise terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. 6.

The impugned judgment and order is quashed and set aside. 7.
