The applicant has been arraigned as an accused for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the IPC. It is his first offence. The recovery of the stolen article has been done. The Test Identification Parade has also been done. 3.

Considering the material investigation, it would be inappropriate to keep him behind the bar. Hence, the following order :

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

929-BA.1850-22.odt (ii) Applicant AJAY KALYAN SONAWANE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.313 of 2022, registered by Police Station Mukundwadi, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the IPC, on condition not to involve in similar nature of offence.
