The application is filed for permission to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by Insurance Company. Heard both the sides. Seen the Judgment and Award.

The main grievance of the Insurance Company regarding quantum is that for personal expenses 1/3rd amount is deducted when the claimant was the only dependent. She is also in service. The Insurance Company wants to show that 50% amount ought to have been
-:(2):- reduced towards personal expenses.
3.
In view of the nature of defence, this Court holds that the amount of Rs.18 Lakh with interest can be allowed to be withdrawn and so the application is allowed in those terms.
Disbursement is to be made accordingly.
Undertaking to be obtained from the claimant in respect of this amount.
