The respondent - Insurance Company had deposited the amount in this Court in Writ Petition No. 5475 of 2024. The same Writ Petition came to be dismissed by this Court by order dated 14.06.2024. Even the S.L.P. preferred against that also came to be dismissed i.e. Special Leave to Appeal (CIVIL) No. 21057 of 2024 by order dated 17.09.2024. The challenge by the respondent has thus, failed.

In view of the same, the applicant has become entitled to Pooja Kale 1/2

37 CA 12490-2024 receive the amount i.e. deposited in this Court. 4.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

The amount be disbursed to applicant alongwith accrued interest.
