The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B) as under:- "(B) By issuing writ of mandamus or order or any other writ or direction in the like nature, to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the claim of petitioner for transfer from office of respondent No.4 to office of respondent No.5 on the ground of couple convenience."

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Zilla Parishad, Beed, submits that the Petitioner'

s request can now be considered for the next academic year.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. We expect, the Zilla Parishad to consider the request of the Petitioner on it'

s own merits and only if it is feasible to relocate him to a location closer to the place where his wife is presently serving. We make it clear that we have not expressed any view as regards the merits of the application.
