1] Heard respective counsel. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally at the stage of admission. 2] It is the case of the petitioner that he is seeking appointment on compassionate ground with Shri Saibaba Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Ravankola, Taluka Mukhed, District Nanded. It is submitted that the father of the petitioner, namely, Ramesh Kondare was working as a Peon with the respondent Nos. 3 and 4. The learned counsel for petitioner submits on instructions that, the father of the petitioner had put in service for 17 years. His father has expired on 31.8.2015. It is the contention of the petitioner that he had made an application to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4. However, they have denied to accept the same. The petitioner had made a representation to the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded. The learned counsel has placed on record a copy of

{2} 18 sr.no..odt representation made to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 2] The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that in the absence of any representation made to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4, they could not have considered the appointment on compassionate ground sympathetically.

3] In view of this, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent Nos.3 and 4. In the eventuality that the application is filed on or before 31st March, 2022, the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall consider the representation and the request of the petitioner on sympathetic grounds and also consider his claim for compassionate appointment and decide the representation within a period of 4 weeks from the date of the representation.
