Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw a lump-sum amount of Rs.15,00,000/- out of the deposited amount.

(ii) Out of the aforesaid amount, a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- be paid to claimant no.1 and Rs.1,50,000/- each be paid to original claimant nos.4 and 5.

(iii) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt

(iv) Civil Application stands disposed of.
