By the impugned order the Criminal Revision Petition No. 117/2013 is dispose off by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Parbhani and criminal revision petition No. 6/2016 that was filed by the wife and the daughters i.e. present respondents is partly allowed. The judgment of the trial court was modified to the extent of respondent No.3 wife holding that she was entitled for monthly maintenance @ Rs.1500/- instead of Rs.1000/- like respondents No.1 and 2 i.e. daughters from the date of filing of the petition.

This court in order dated 17-03-2023 had recorded that both the parties have no dispute so far as the position that the daughters would be entitled to get the maintenance only till the date they attain the majority and placed the matter on 0205-2023. In view of this today both the parties are present. In view of that judgment of the Sessions Court be modified only to that extent.

It is also submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that he has deposited the amount of Rs.2,16,000/- towards arrears of maintenance in this court. The petitioner has no objection to withdraw the said amount by the wife and daughters. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

a] In criminal Revision No. 62/2016 it is clarified that daughters i.e. respondent Nos. 1 and 2 would be entitled to get maintenance from the petitioner only till the date they attained the majority i.e. 12-09-

(3) 2016 & 12-09-2017 respectively.
