The Additional Sessions Judge-1, Nanded vide his first order dated 11.10.2022 granted the petitioner exemption from his appearance for that day, on condition that his identity shall never be challenged nor any adjournment shall be sought in his absence. On the same day, the very Court passes an order observing that the PW-3 was present since morning and the learned Advocate was also absent, when they were repeatedly called till 4.00 p.m. 3.

The learned Judge, therefore, issued notice to the petitioner herein to show cause as to why his bail should not be cancelled. The notice has also been issued to the surety to produce

Second order suggests that even the learned APP incharge of the case was absent. The learned Advocate for the petitioner undertakes to remain present before the trial Court on next date and co-operate for proceedings in the matter.
