PER COURT:

1] Heard learned counsel AGP for the appellant and learned counsel for respondent sole.

2] The learned AGP for the applicant submits that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited by the applicant acquiring body before the Executing Court and respondent No.1 has also withdrawn the same.

3] Considering the subsequent development of depositing the entire decretal amount by the acquiring body and withdrawal of the same by respondent No.1, I do not find any impediment to grant stay to the execution and implementation to the impugned awards passed by the Reference Court until further orders. Hence, civil applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Civil applications for stay are disposed of accordingly.
