The petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent-scrutiny committee since 2013.

It is being pointed out that even the vigilance enquiry has been conducted in the year 2015. In Writ Petition No 12178/2017 with connected petitions including that of the petitioner's by order dated 05.10.2017 this Court had directed the committee to decide the proposal within four months. It appears that the petitioner had appeared before the committee on 09.10.2017 and till date the decision is not being taken. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee tomorrow and the committee shall take endavour to decide it by day after tomorrow. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
