O R D E R

In view of the Government Resolution No.Sankirna-2014 /pra.kra.4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 3.11.2016 and subsequent Corrigendum, dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018 to the said Government Resolution, the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeals. Leave granted to withdraw.

The statement made by the appellant through the authorized officer Mr. Umesh U. Shinde, Assistant Engineer, Dharashiv Medium Project, Dharashiv, accompanied by learned A.G.P. is taken on record. 3.

The appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn.

The appellant undertakes to deposit the award amount together with interest with the learned Reference Court within six months from today, if not deposited.

The claimants are entitled to withdraw such amount upon its deposit.

The undertaking, if any, is furnished at the time of the earlier withdrawal of amount, stands discharged.
