This Civil Application suffers from delay of 30 days. The writ petition is refused registration by the order of the learned Registrar dated 19.08.2019 on account of non removal of office objections. Issue notice to the respondents. The learned AGP waives service for the respondents.

Considering that the delay is minor and the applicant/ petitioner is willing to remove all office objections within a short period, this Civil Application is allowed.

The petitioner shall remove all office objections on or before 08.11.2019, failing which, the earlier order of the learned Registrar dated
