DATE :

Leave to add wherever Maharashtra Council for Examination is not added as a Respondent.

2.

On 14.09.2023, this Court delivered an extensive order in Writ Petition No.8534/2023 and connected matters. It has been specifically concluded as to which candidate would be eligible for registration for the purposes of self assessment on the Pavitra portal. Based on the eligibility, the candidates would be eligible for selection as Teachers at various levels. The three available qualifying examinations have been discussed in the said order concluding that there are three modes of eligibility for TAIT and to be registered on the Pavitra portal.

( 6 ) 3.

All these Petitioners are alleged to have been involved in the TET scam and the TET exam results of all these Petitioners have been cancelled. They have been prohibited from appearing in the TET exam until they are absolved and exonerated.

4.

In view of the above, if any of these Petitioners are covered by the qualifying clauses set out in the order dated 14.09.2023, Respondent - Maharashtra State Council of Examination and Commissioner (Education) Maharashtra State, Pune would consider each case by conducting a thorough scrutiny and only if they are eligible, they may be permitted to participate by registering themselves on the Pavitra porta.

5.

All these petitions are, therefore, disposed off. 6.

The learned advocate Shri Nikam submits on instructions that each of these Petitioners be called upon to send an individual e-mail on the e-mail address "edupavitra2022@gmail.com" by setting forth their full name, their TAIT examination roll number, their cellular phone number, their Writ Petition number and the date of the order of this Court i.e. 14.09.2023 or 15.09.2023 or 20.09.2023.
