The petitioner is assailing the order dated 19.10.2013 passed by the Education Officer. Shri Suryawanshi, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 submits that, vide order dated 18.06.2013 in Writ Petition No. 769 of 2014 and Writ Petition No. 10243 of 2013, the order dated 13.01.2014 passed by the Deputy Director of Education impugned in the said writ petitions is set aside and the parties are relegated before the Deputy Director of Education.

The petitioner in this petition also may appear before the Deputy Director of Education and put forth his grievance.

In the aforesaid two matters the date of appearance is given to the parties as 01.07.2015. The petitioner shall also appear before the Deputy Director of Education on 01.07.2015. The Deputy Director of Education shall also hear the petitioner along with others and take appropriate decision accordingly.
